2. Load the draw participants from the file
Load the list of participants from a file saved on the disk. The file should list the participants after the decimal point, semicolon or each on a new line.

The program for drawing the winner can be loaded from a file, entered manually or pasted in participants. The entire program function is based on the JS: Math.random () function. User-side technology was intentionally used to keep the source code visible.
